In the salon we want to provide pedicures using hot stones inbetween the toes however the stone heaters are so large we need something MUCH smaller.
Would boiling water work in a metal bowl? Any suggestions are great!
Can I heat feet hot stones for a pedicure without a stone heater?

Use a lighter to heat them. Lighters are tiny. And i dont think boiling water would be hot enough to heat these stones.
