I don't know about the accredited colleges in HK, but in the United States, the examiner usually asks the following questions at the Graduates Admission Interview:
1. Why do you choose our school?
2. Why do you choose your major? What strikes your fancy to choose this for your future career?
3. What is your hobby during your sparetime?
4. How do you see yourself in 5 years?
