Question about Tyre

My car has 4 Goodyear "Run On Flat" tyres. Now one of them is leaking, I decide to change only this tyre to regular tyre, is it OK?Or I have to change all 4 tyres. Also, I may change only this tyre to other brands such as Michelin, Pirelli, their patterns are different, is it OK? Any safety problem at high speed, say 180 km/hr.?

The price of Run Flat is almost double of the regular tires. I suggest you replace the Run Flat with 2 regular tires (Left + Right) due to safety issue : )

咁簡單嘅輪胎知識都唔知，仲話揸 180 km/h... 道路有其他使用者架，好心啦。

法定你要左右胎紋一樣，前後可以唔同，你可能要一對更換，仲有你揸得車上馬路就有風險，不論你開得幾慢或幾快，唔好自已呃自己﹗
