Q3 situation : When i talk to a girl

is it correct??

Q4 situation : When i discuss girls with friends

is it correct??

When you use all in front of the plural form of a noun, you use plural form of a verb after it.
All boys in that class are hard-working.

When you use all in front of the uncountable noun, you use single form of a verb after it.
All crime is some kind of revolutionary activity.

When you use any in front of singular noun or uncountable noun, you use singular form of a verb after it.
Any child knows that.
