q1 ans：if i were a little girl=如果我是一個小女孩<---這只是一個假設，從來不是一個事實
if i was a little girl=如果我以前是一個小女孩<---這個解釋也不是最正確/該是沒有解釋，因為這句句子的文法完全錯誤

q2 ans：你想用「如果我是一個小女孩」作文應該用" if i were a little girl

唔會用if I was a little girl, 只會講if I were a little girl。這是鬼佬的習慣，表示呢件事永遠唔可能發生，只是一個假設。意思是“如果我是一個小女孩”，而我永遠不可能是一個小女孩，“我是一個小女孩”只是一個不可能發生的假設。

另外要留意，不論主語subject是I you we they he she it，係呢種情況下都係用were。

were是are的過去式
所以是用if i was a little girl
