I got 87 in TOEFL, is it enough to apply for undergraduate program in USA?

I got 87 in TOEFL and roughly 1800 in SAT (with perfect score in Maths). What colleges and program would you guys suggest if I want to be a lawyer in the states after graduate? Will I be able to go to some top 10% colleges in the states?

87 is not that good score as you are aiming for top 10% colleges..... If you aim for avg colleges then it is fine. If you have some time better give another shot. This time you may get much better score.
