What else besides flowers?

I'm struggling to come up with an inexpensive but cool gift for my date on Valentine's day. Besides buying flowers, are there anything that have the meaning of flowers? I'm not gonna get her chococlate but instead cute strawberry cupcakes with a valentine theme. Guys, help me out.

Get her a silk arrangement of some colorful flowers that she can keep all year round. Real ones will be gone in a few days the silk will last for a long long time. And a bottle of her favorite cologne.
