「因應有經理介紹加入貴公司，本人現寫信申請XX職位。...」英文寫法:
"In response to a referral by a manager of your company, I am writing to apply for the position of XX...."

最好是講得出那經理的名字，如不跟一般人慕名申請一樣冇人會理你的。
那經理必定是你申請工那公司的，所以不用再寫如manager of your company而可直接寫為your manager表示是你公司的「經理」，但由於一間公司可能有n咁多個經理，所以邏輯上英語寫法是如上...one of the maangers...附加某經理的名字以作識別。當然你唔慣或唔識咁寫，可以直接寫...the referal of your manager Mr. X也可以的。

In response to there is/are some manager(s) joining your company, I am writing to apply the position of (XXX).
