似乎說的時候已經是收工時間...所以唔使講你的工作...只要說出你要離開了...
或者
Don't hold me up.
hold/held up有時是指被綁架或阻撓(例如:在塞車中)

但如果意思是跟老闆或同事商量
安排工作的計劃時「唔好阻住我收工」，就是另一回事:
I have to get off (work) on time.
