任何價格都可以賣出, 但因為係賣出既時候, 你的按揭會失去抵押品, 所以需要售出既同時, 需要償還所有既餘額償還既來源可以黎自賣樓既價錢, 有剩自己拎, 唔夠就要自己另外俾喇.

可以，但如果400萬不足還款，就要自己另外付款交律師行轉交bank
