加拿大公民期限

Hi friend,

1. 五年內住滿兩年，妳就有資格重新申請新楓葉卡，所以假設2009/08/01，那就是2014/07/31 到期日。

2. 記住只要是已經過期的楓葉卡，妳都無法離開加拿大境內(包括美國)，否則只能出國，回不來加拿大了。

因為我們家是2009年8月辦理公民楓葉卡,但是因為我是在台灣念大學,所以只能趁寒暑假去湊時數,這樣加加減減還需要住1年7個月才可以延後期限

像這樣無意以加拿大為 "重心生活" 的人, 加拿大政府已加緊核查, 如有發現任何違規現象, 便把這類人士 "踢走"。
加拿大去年, 把這類人士踢走; 有近千人, 遣返回原居地。

2. If you don't live in Canada for another 19 month in the next 18 month you will lose the PR status all together. Just as I am writing this, you already are in trouble. If you are thinking about living there in the future, better get a immigration lawyer/consultant.

1. 5 years from issuance (it will be 2014).

2. Please prepare additional time - it is not a driver license. The card won't be able to issue within 2 weeks.
