Is there an actual reason to hate Christianity?

2013-01-30 9:32 pm
Beside the fact that it's politically-correct to hate good in a satanic, Illuminati, marxist-subverted, evil culture. But seriously, just because it puts restrictions on people's sex-fetishes doesn't mean a thing. So it says that anal gay sex is a sin, so what? It also says that looking at a woman with lust is a sin, but you never hear complaints about that.

Christianity is directly responsible for the abolition of slavery. It's the only thing stopping communist tyrants from globalizing & tormenting mankind. It's responsible for the Constitution. It's had a bigger impact on science & medicine than atheism or religion ever had. It's responsible for the modern philosophical principles of logic. Notice I said "modern" and not "postmodern." It's responsible for the modern scientific method.

Contrast: when you lack Christianity, you get the collapse of the family, gang culture, mass shootings, corrupt government, false flag wars, unwarranted genocides, mass-scale psychopathy, political-correctness against common sense, media brainwash, all kinds of satanic cults, tyrrany & every evil that amoral man has the potential for.

And no, I'm not talking about Catholicism, I'm talking about actual Christianity. "have faith in the Christ, or parish" might be annoying, but annoying is all it is, and more good has come from that notion than bad. And don't try to twist the Old Testament out of it's context & make things up because such deception tactics don't work with me.

Even the self-righteous delusion of "I'm a good person" isn't a legitimate reason to hate Christianity.

Yes there is. It is grossly immoral (and factually incorrect) to teach that God will send a person to eternal torment not because that person was cruel or inhumane, but merely because that person was not able to believe that Jesus was the Christ and that He rose from the dead. According to Christian belief, God has no respect for people who have lived honest, honorable lives unless said persons are baptized Christians. If they are not, He will burn them in Hell as if they were the vilest murderers. This is a obscenely immoral doctrine.

Furthermore, Christianity was not directly responsible to the abolition of slavery. The New Testament explicitly upholds slavery and commands slaves to obey their masters, including cruel ones. If Christianity were inherently anti-slavery, how do you explain the fact that slavery continued to exist in Christian-controlled lands for thousands of years, and that abolition was bitterly opposed by Protestant Christians in America? They condemned the abolitionists as "Godless infidels" - which, incidentally, many of them in fact were. Atheists, agnostics and other non-Christian freethinkers were deeply involved in the abolition movement and were often its leaders.

And as for false-flag wars, what about our invasion of Iraq under the Christian President George W. Bush? He claimed that God told him to do it.

The real reason why atheists "hate Christianity" is because it gives them something to do in their freetime. They are delusional bigots.

Why do atheists deny all knowledge?
2013-01-30 9:35 pm
Of course there is: his enemies know that very shortly they will be a made into footstool for Jesus' feet.

Not really, but some hardcore Christians try and push there religion down your throat and damn it gets annoying, from treats of going to he'll to death threats (due to me being a homosexual) these people are crazy. The majority of Christians are kind and respectful however and I see no reason to "hate" these people, per se

because xtians are terrible people masquerading as saints

It is wise to hate anything that claims to have unlimited access to all knowledge, as well as anything that is beyond any criticism or dispute.

as you already know - people do not like to be judged or have light shinning on their sinful lives.
they just want to do whatever they want to do. it has always been such.
very few realize that following God's commandments actually makes a great life for you. also, you have less worries and much better health overall.

There is no legitimate reason to hate it. Christanity is the religion of love and peace. Usually atheist just can't handle the fact that people disagree with them.

I do believe people today do not like a mystery they can't solve, so it becomes easy to criticize and in many ways hate the mystery. Really Christianity isn't a mystery at all although many say it is, it's simply a following of Christ so how could anyone hate that. One reason is they see Christianity as a myth they do not believe God or Christ existed so with that kind of attitude towards religion Christianity and the church comes hate. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me but each to his own.

I dont hate it
2013-01-30 9:44 pm
There is no reason to hate these misguided souls.
But how do you reconcile putting this rubbish together in one sentence?

satanic, Illuminati, marxist-subverted, evil culture. But seriously: how?

People who are under the control of others and don't know how to think for themselves don't deserve anyones' notice. The people who merit hate are the leaders and directors of all religious groups who abuse and manipulate others for their own ends.
2013-01-30 9:38 pm
I think saying you hate Christianity as a whole is bang out of order and prejudiced. We should in fact treat everyone regardless of there background the same. After all were all human.

Yes there are a minority of people in every religion such as islam's extremisits, judisms zionists and even in christianity.

But there the minority
2013-01-30 9:38 pm
You must first put Christians to a higher standard than you do for yourself to hate them. When you actually get to know Christians you find out they are just like you. They have good points and flaws just like everyone else.
2013-01-30 9:36 pm
Hate over-zealous Christians, not Christianity.

I can't say for the other Christian religions, but Roman Catholic (in particular) is actually cool. It promotes free-will (The Bible is not to be taken literally).

It's just that some people take everything to the extreme.

"Even the self-righteous delusion of "I'm a good person" isn't a legitimate reason to hate Christianity." --- Tell em' bout it!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!! LOL!!

I love your question, but people won't understand. Look out for "tin foil hat" comments.

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.

If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
