petty cash book and cash float

i want ask if the cash float is $1500 and the bal for last month was $169,so wht should i write at the receipt?

Since you operate the imprest system, you should submit expenses for reimbursement first at end of month to make up cash to $1,500. Theoretically, the expenses should be amounted to $1,331, and you should record these expenses in their appropriate account.
