怎樣出英文電郵同客人申請延遲貨期

有一批貨, 因趕唔到客人貨期, 這批貨已是第2次遲貨期, 點同客人解釋, 而客人會接受 ?
請幫忙用英文解釋, 謝謝

客人通常不能忍受2次延期交貨。我估計客人會要你空運走貨。 你首先要找出主要問題和實際出貨日期。你可以試像下面這樣寫:

Hi XXXX;

I'm sorry to advise you that Order#xxxx shipment needs to be delayed due to the
goods are not finished yet. We have checked with our production line (或者
factory). They can finish and ready to ship before 7 Feb. (你最好自己預留
幾天margin 在手, 不要工廠告訴你幾號就是幾號.) Now the goods are
(這裡寫實際正在生產什麽工序). The quality is acceptable and our QC stays
in factory to push the production and make sure the quality is within your
tolerance. Please consider to accept the delay shipment one more time.
