8 Ingredient
≫ At least 350g Cookies (I chose Oreo Cookies)
≫ 80g Butter
≫ 375g Cream Cheese (I used block Kraft’s Philadelphia)
≫ 1/2 Cup caster sugar
≫ 1 Cup thickened cream
≫ 1 Teaspoon Vailla Extract
≫200g White Chocolate
≫3 Teaspoon gelatine
Process
1. No baking needed!!
2. Place 250g of the cookies in a bowl and chop till fine crumbs.
3. Then, combine with butter then press into a base and chill.
4. Cookies and Cream base finished and leave it into fridge.
5. Dissolved gelatine in 1/4 cup boiling water, and melt white chocolate then stay cool slightly.
6. Beat the Cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract till smooth (Better by using an electric mixer).
7. Add the thicken cream into 4.
8. Then stir in the gelatine mixture and chocolate with Cream cheese mixture.
9. Chop Cookies (as much as you like) into Cream Cheese mixture.
10. Pour the Cream Cheese mixture over the base and chill till set.
Tips
≫ Cubed and softened Cream Cheese before beaten would be easiler for the process 6.
≫ Leave the Cheesecake into fridge more than 12 hours, the taste would be better.
