光和聲音在移動的介質中的速度

聲音只可在介質中傳播,而光則可在真空和介質中傳播.
我的問題是:
聲波是向四方八面傳播的,若聲源在流動中的空氣(eg向東流)放出聲波,那麼聲波的速度會因流動的空氣而改變嗎?
而光是行直線的,若光向介質移動的相反或相同方向射出(eg光在向東流的水中由東向西射去),那麼它的速度會有改變嗎?

一個題外話的問題:
除了光外,有沒有其他波可以在真空中傳播?

The main difference between light and sound waves is the former is electromagnetic wave and the latter is a mechanical wave.

Transmission of a mechanical wave requires a medium. Hence, if the medium is moving, the speed of the wave will be altered. For example, if a wind is blowing in the same direction as that of the sound, the sound speed will increase.

Electromagentic wave doesn't need a medium to propagate. Hence, its speed is independent of the speed of the medium.

A: All eelctromagentic waves can travel in vacuum. Light is only a small portion of the electromagentic spectrum. Waves from all other portions of the spectrum, e.g. radio wave, microwave, infrared, ultraviolet, x- and gamma rays, can travel in vacuum.
