Can anybody give me an example for maladaptive behaviour, irrational behaviour, and unpredictable behaviour respectively?
please explain or discribe it briefly.
It will be better if u can provide the example of celebrities or some examples/cases.

Maladaptive bx: excessive binge drinking, smoking, binge eating, aggression
Irrational bx: neuoticism, acting out of paranoia
Unpredictable bx: Impulsivity, any impulsive bx

Come on, it can't be that hard.
Maladaptive means that it's not good for you, i.e. cognitive approach: maladaptive, faulty thinking. What kind of behaviour could that lead to? You've learnt something and you behave respectively? Think disorders etc.
