求它們之間邊界的臨界角.

= 1.6/1.33 = 1.203

Let c be the critical angle (臨界角),
hence sin(c) = 1/1.203 = 0.8313
c = arc-sin(0.8313) = 56.23 degrees

臨界角的式:

C=sin-1(物質1/物質2)

它們之間邊界的臨界角:

sin-1(1.33/1.6)

=56.2273..........

1.6 sinC = 1.33sin90°
sinC = 1.33/1.6
