There is nothing you can do.

They are copies. For security reason, usually all financial institutions will require original for examination (and they will make the cover for you). Also, all account opening now requires a proof of address.

Even they can use your ID copy, without the proof of address, there is nothing that they can do (Remember - everything is mailed to your address. So you will know).

1. Will the bank mail the card to someone's else address?

2. Will the bank issuing a cheque to someone's else name?

借錢難d,但開新電話(如0機價)就無問題,小心!!

最大可能性，拾到你的USB的人，會好奇一看，會過FORMAT後自用，若有資料可連絡你交回你也未定。拾到的人不一定是不法之徒，也可能被清潔工當垃圾處理。
若是落在壞份子手，亦不用擔心，凡申請貸款，信用卡都會要你確認的，如手電，電郵，地址證明。

若可以這麼容易申請到貸款或信用卡，也寄到你的地址了，他們一無所得。你也知道貸款或信用卡不會即場提取的。

當然即時去報案處理備案,如有信用卡亦即時電報失截止盜用 !
