It depends on the system of your school.In my school, about 10 to 20 conduct marks will be deducted.If you have not added any conduct marks the grade will finally become B- or even C+.But normally the first time you cheat the punishment will be much lighter, I did it for once only, as that is my first time, so only 3 conduct marks are deducted.
