1) sixth root of -21x^7= (-21)^(1/6) * x^(7/6) ------(it can be the answer)
It is not a equation I cannot "solve" x sor
2) 9^(x-2)=27^(4-3x)
3^(2x-2) = 3^(12-9x)
2X-2 = 12-9x
11X=14
X=14/11
