Max. Absolute Error = 1/2 = 0.5 kg.(1) % error of 25 kg = 0.5/25 x 100% = 2%
% error of 48 kg = 0.5/48 x 100% = 1.042%

Range of 25 kg box is 24.5 to 25.5 kg
Range of 48 kg box is 47.5 to 48.5 kg
Taking the upper limit
25.5 x 48.5 = 1236.75
Taking the lower limit
24.5 x 47.5 = 1163.75
1236.75 - 25 x 48 = 36.75
1163.75 - 25 x 48 = - 36.25
So max. error of 25 x 48 = 36.75
(3) % error of 25 x 48 = 36.75/(25 x 48) x 100% = 3.0625%
