因為frequency 表示每秒中有幾多個完整的waves.所以10Hz即係一秒內有10個waves, 因此T代表係出現一個完整的wave需要多少時間，由於一秒有十個，所以一個係0.1s. 簡單泥講f=1/T, 同時T=1/f

∵ As the frequency of the wave is 10 hz (i.e. 10 complete waves / SECOND)
∴ The period is 1/10 seconds (or 0.1 sec.)
