1)小弟發現有破產人士在銀行循事貸款業務工作，這是否已屬違反破產條例還是銀行業條例？如已違反了任何一條條例，可從哪途徑舉報？ 會否有任何刑責及刑罰如何？
2)如此破產人士在破產期間每年去旅行而沒向破產管理局申報，又是否已違規？及可從哪途徑舉報？謝謝。

1. Not necessary illegal - current Ordinance allows persons subject to bankruptcy to be employed by financial institutions if they have written approval from the Hong Kong Monteary Authority.So unless you know for certain that, it is best not to do anything.
2. No - the Official Receiver's Office prohibits persons subject to bankruptcy to travel if the trip is self-funded. However, it does not prohibit travel if the trip is business or work-related, and/or the trip is paid by another person.
