How long to receive direct deposit?

My school released funds to my account on Saturday. How long before I see the funds in my account? I have USAA.

I have gotten direct deposits from my school to this account before but not over the weekend. So, I was wondering what the time period would be before I see it since it was done on a Saturday.

Usually I get direct deposit before they usually release the money. If it is your first time getting direct deposit it might not go through. They often have a filing period that takes time. At my school they take up to 2 months before your direct deposit application is accepted and you have to get paper checks until then.
