急問! 寫給上司的英文!

如果我有些設計須要給上司過目，並想問他有沒有需要修改的地方，
英文該怎麼寫??
Good morning my boss(Sir) !! How are you today? Would you kindly give me the chance(opportunity) to present and explain my newly designed substance to you. If there was anything not practical or insufficent please give me some advice so that I can change or improve it.
