"快板" can be usually described by Italian word: Vivace, Allegro, Allegro Moderato...
For most symphonies, the first movement is in Allegro, for example:
Beethoven Symphony No.5, Op.67
"中板" can be usually described as Moderato, Andante
For some sonatas, the second movement is in slow tempo, for example:
Beethoven Piano Sonata No.6, Op.10 No.2 is in Allegretto
"慢板" can be usually described as Largo, Lento, some composers also uses "Grave" to describe.
A simpliest example:
Chopin Largo in E-flat major, B.109 is in Largo
As you learn more, "快板、中板、慢板" is quite subjective in some sense, and vary with the time signature, style and character of the piece
