2. Can be obtained by mail (Please provide a self-addressed & stamped envelope)
3. Can be downloaded from the School Website
Submission of application forms:
1. Date: From January 3, 2013 to January 23, 2013 inclusively
2. Please submit the completed and signed application form to the school in person
(Mail or online application will not be accepted)
3. Documents required:
Completed and signed application form
(fully completed with 1 recent photo of the applicant affixed)
Primary 6 Identification Form (教育局提供的選校表)
Identification documents are required upon submission of the application form for
verifying applicant’s name, gender and date of birth
2 self-addressed & stamped envelopes with applicant’s name written
4. Please do NOT submit any other documents (including any recommendation letters)
5. After Submission, the invitation letter for interview will be sent to the applicant by mail.
