我昨天購買的髮飾其中有一款xxxxx之前已經購買過卻忘了
這款髮飾想要做刪除
可以將這筆款項退回我的paypal帳戶嗎?
或是留做下次抵用也可以

幾點拙見:
1) 商業信函很注重禮貌, 此事錯不在廠商卻要其增添作業, 版主以「不好意思; Sorry」表示歉意, 十分得體適當; 如果自恃顧客最大而頤指氣使, 那是個人修養問題, 不足為訓.
2) 網上訂購同依訂單諸多項目要取消其中一項並要求退款, 這在網購SOP標準作業流程恐有困難, 不過買方仍可發送本函作要求, 廠商自可作是否同意的適當答覆.
3) 廠商最可能的答覆是, 已凍結該訂單之出貨作業, 並請您作該筆訂單之線上取消(廠商會有退刷動作), 並重下正確之訂單, 如此雙方兩便.
