Need help writing an email.?

I found a general email address on this company's website, and I want to email them to inquire some information from a specific department on their end. What should I write if I want to have the reader of my email to forward it to someone who may be responsible for this matter? I can't call them because they're in Asia - 13 hours difference.

If they only show a general contact email address on their site, then they will know how to direct your email. Just clearly state what you want.
