if you leave off eggs you need another source of protein
beans of choice and a whole grain makes a complete protein.
now if you want to loose weight leave off the fats in the meal eat good such as 4 servings of fruits for breakfast and 4 vegetables for lunch. Eat so you are not hungary before the next meal 5 hours later.
Now if you want to add weight add fat calories olives avocado coconut. Oils from Olive oil keep your calories around 1500 if you want to maintain but if you work out and exercise daily you may have to add it up to 2500 calories.
If you are sedentary and not a lot of exercise 1500 should do but you still need to keep moving. If you sit more than 3 hours per day you are increasing your death by heart attack by 1/2. If you do not have option. Stretch and move every 15 - 30 minutes. Do the Computer Exercise for not only ergonomics but for your heart health also.
