A pair of metallic chopsticks feels colder than a pair of wodden chopsticks, even they are at the same temperature. Which of the following is/are possible reasons?

1.Metal are better conductors of heat.
2.Mass of the metallic chopsticks is larger.
3.The heat capacity of the metallic chopsticks is higher.

我想問答案係唔係2 and 3 ?

1 對。因為金屬是熱的良好導體﹐你身體內的熱會傳給金屬﹐因此你會覺得金屬會較木筷冰涼

2 不對。金屬筷子的質量與熱傳導率(thermal conductivity)無關

3 金屬筷子的比熬容量高只表示需要更多的熱令金屬筷子升高1度﹐也與熱傳導率無關

myisland8132正解，只有(1)是對的，(3)是錯的！另外類似(1)這題考試幾乎必出...
