As an auxiliary verb (does) is used before a full verb to form negative sentence; eg:-(he,she it )does not have money.
(I, you, we, they) do not have money.
Auxiliary verb's one use is used to change the order of the subject and verb when an adverb is moved to the front , eg:-Not only does she (have) not cash, but money!!! It means she does not have money!
Another eg:-Not only do we have not cash,but money!!!! It means we do not have money!
