[商業/公文英語要求簡潔...不用像作記敘文說明事件的時間性或每句都要有分辨主詞是誰...以上的是機構或商業寫作常用的習慣句...寫給上司一句直接到題，用詞和句法是英文人也會用的格式]

2. We will follow-up your enquiry promptly to get back to you.

3. We will look into your complain and try to resolve the problem as soone as possible.

[以上兩句不是按你的中文(機械)格式寫，客戶要的答案/答覆不是「跟進」，而是貴公司實務上的立場，而查詢跟投訴的「跟進」是不同的。如果你公司任何客戶情況都只答「跟進」，反而會令客戶感到被推諉和倒退，不回覆還好，公文式地回禮反會引致更不信你們/觸動神經。]

直譯是We have received your enquiry, we will follow-up.We have received your complaint, we will follow-up.
