Dear Patrick,
i am studying in F4 science class.i find it really difficult to understand the lessons and i hsd poor results in many tests.i feel frustrated and sometimes even depressed about my situation.what should i do?i usually study till mid-night before tests but obviously it doesn’t work.you are my best friend. Can you give me some advice about good study habits?

Dear Susana, I am sorry to learn that you cannot understand the lessons in F4 science class.Please don't be frustrated otherwise you cannot improve your studies.
First of all, you must pay attention in every lessons.
When you have any difficulties, you must ask your teachers at once.
After school, you must revise what the teachers have taught at home every day. When you have time, you must try to do more related exercises. If you cannot solve your problems, you must ask your teachers or classmates before the next lesson.
Finally, don't sleep late before tests otherwise you cannot concentrate your attention in the tests. Then you cannot perform well in the tests.
