* activity/activities皆可; activity為統稱, 就像當您在室內聽到怪聲你會說 "who is there?"一樣, 所以這句OK

B: I often go to the library to read some books and look up some information, because I think what we learn in class is limited.
*此句並非過去式, 用learn就可

A: What kind of leisure activities do you do?

B: I enjoy lots of activities in my leisure time, such as listening to music and reading (some) novels. What do you do in your free time?
*加個逗號喘口氣吧; 前面用lots of activities, 所以後面用 "and"較合適.
Reading novels就可

A: (In my free time,) I often exercise on the weekend, because I believe keeping in (a) good health can help me study well.
*你後面有提到weekend前面就不用再寫in my free time, 太過重覆
"Do some exercises" is too wordy, exercise就可
believe 比 think(要用現在式)貼切
