The absolute cheapest way would be to take MetroRail to Overtown and then take the #243 bus. However, the #243 only runs during rush hours.

Other times, you would have to go to Government Center and take a taxi from there.

The fare is $2 for the MetroRail, and the transfer to the bus is free if you use an EasyCard. Otherwise, it costs another $2.

According to most route planning software - Eg. Google Maps, It says that the cheapest way is to take the bus, however this does take over 80 minutes when it can be achieved by car in 20, this is because it advises you to take 3 separate buses.

I believe it will be much quicker if you take the Metro & Then transfer onto a bus, or take a Taxi.
