What gun law put into place first thing this morning would have made this nut job turn in his weapons?

I already hear the calls for gun control! As much as I would love to think it would help... This guy ignored a law that you are not allowed to kill people, does anyone think he would have turned in his weapons because guns are illegal and its the law!!!???? Laws are not going to stop nut jobs like this.

No law would have prevented this but this idiot had a death wish and this was not a last minute decision to do this so it was planned and Mom and Brother should have seen something wrong with him in recent days and notified authorities. Gun control or even a total ban on guns wouldnt have stopped this at all and its so hard to tell what idiot is going to pull what next or where.
