舆隔离單位共用的墙渗水

我於上年4月装修完搬入現單位居住，年初發現我家客廰梳發後面的墙扑起，脱落，且范围越來越大。本人曾经同管理員去隔离單位查看，原來此單位是多個套房组成，我家客廰渗水位置是他們的廁所。多次找管理處舆隔篱業主聯络，此業主一直推卸責任不予理會，請問我應該向什麽部門投訴？謝謝！！

No government department will take care of your issue.What you should do is hire an adjuster to evaluate the damage, repair it and then sue that owner for the damage.
