我住既係一間單位分做7個套房,外加係走廊位有個電錶房係集合晒我地咁多間房既電錶同埋水制,而且我租個個位間房係僭建既
租個時我要求打里印,但地產話業主唔肯,又係咁哄我話其實唔打都得,話里印唔打連我都可以慳返筆錢,因為我18歲女第一次租屋就信以為真最後都無打到,而我交租日子係每個月25號,租金係4500
之前10月公司拖我糧,我同地產傾好左會遲交租10.11月一齊交佢話無問題
點知係11月頭9定唔記得10號左右佢無啦啦停左我水電話我唔交唔會開返俾我
但我個時唔夠咁多錢係身我就呃佢我唔係香港,話我朋友會代我交2000蚊先,(個個月總數佢話係4800)而為左唔俾佢見到我,我就佢講我朋友會用信封包好擺落管理處,後來我男朋友湊多左2800出黎,但為左圓謊我就擺左4800落信封俾左石q,石q後來都同我講地產黎收左
跟住到到11月我重未搞好糧個D野,同佢講好左12月2號會俾到,
之後地產一直無打過俾我,點知去到前日12月1日7點發現地產又無啦啦停左我水電
我打過去,佢話佢夠鐘收鋪又話我無交租係唔會開返水電俾我,咁無法之下我唯有搵開鎖佬用左400蚊開鎖
第二日問佢重爭幾錢,佢話7680,我個時又唔記得左我上個月係巳經交左,只係未拎單,以為自己重爭佢租所以咁貴,但我賓在唔夠錢,唯有問男友借左6800用銀行過數交左俾地產,但到今日我至醒起,我明明上個月交左租點解今個月重咁貴
岩巳地產打黎問我幾時交租我咪問佢點解會咁貴,點知佢話我上個月交得2000蚊

點知佢話我擺信封,佢有sms證明我係話入面有2000蚊唔係4800,而我就咩證據都無,所以佢話2000就2000,而且佢知道我過左6800俾佢,佢就話我重要交多1000俾佢唔係就再鎖我水電,我覺得佢既行為同搶無分別
我想問問我咁既情況係咪都係無法要照交俾佢?
而且佢個電錶之前試過半夜跳左制,但度門鎖左,我打去地產佢叫我自己搵人開keep返張單,我搵人開左550蚊,但後來佢唔肯俾,話唔通我張單寫一百萬佢都要俾?結果我見唔算多錢就唯有由佢不了了之,咁我想問我上次既550蚊加上今次開鎖既400蚊可唔可以追得返?
鎖我水電逼交租係咪犯法?我交多既錢會唔會拎得返?而且我男友借俾我個6800係靠佢舉左隻勞借俾我,咁我要贖表俾既利息損失可唔可以要佢負責?
但我唔想採取d一拍兩散例如唔租個到既方法,因為我係個到附近返工,依間屋好方便,而且一換地方又要重新俾多萬幾蚊既按金同佣,我有咩方法?
加上佢既水電貴我計過每個月每度電既價錢都唔同,佢份約寫既就係1.5一度,但我計出來有時係1.3,更多時既係貴過1.5一度,我追唔追到佢收多我既錢?而且電錶係佢地抄,電錶房都長期鎖住我根本唔知自己用左幾多電
求求你地幫幫我,咁樣我覺得好似俾人搶劫咁,好唔公平

好似001呢位苦業主所講,其實好公平!業主拿幾百萬買層樓,又要裝修,付出唔少,給你住,一定要交租........
你付擔唔起租金,你搬走,唔好搞咁多野,去租2千零住。

打厘印是可單方去打,業主當時沒有打厘印,是可以補翻打,不過要雙倍厘印費。
你開鎖費用是收唔翻。
業主停水、電,你可報警,因為水電是必須品,警察必受理。
租金唔啱數,可能石Q從中落了袋。

比租客欠了兩個月租,自己申請收樓用了兩個多月,連租金和收樓費用共損失了一萬多元,試過停租客水電,他報誉,警察黎到和我講,水、電是必須品,你開翻水電給人用先,你要用正常途徑解決........所以我提議你報警,如地產爆你門,你應即時報警,你一曰未解除租約,那個套房都是你的,你一個月唔交租,而業主沒有向土地審裁處辦理收樓程序,他無權入你房間,如他私自入你房,你可告他偷野.........

果D錢你一定追唔番
因為係你覺得有需要,但佢立場唔係咁迫切,如果下下搞黎樣搞果樣係你急佢唔急,咁佢蝕埋份租比你。
其實你果日俾夠一個月租果陣應該SEND番SMS俾佢話俾足錢同埋點解唔叫佢俾番收據你??
人地做足晒工夫而你就同人地口同鼻拗。
我覺得你而家最子附近睇下有無單位可以租(你要求係近返工之麻),我唔信淨係得佢果度有得租,不過可能環境差D又或者遠1~2條街,最好搵到地方搬走之前去屋宇處(唔記得係咪呢個部門)投訴呢度有唔安全既劏房,趁你仲向度開埋間屋俾果D人員調查,等佢地煩下都好。
通常你呢D劏房好多都唔會打厘印(因為唔合格既房屋),同埋個業主係地產商,佢地多籍口數係業主唔向度交俾佢地打理。

002 may be right, some one might have taken your money and the landlord might have not received it, you and land landlord should find out a mutual solution rather than fighting fighting and fighting.
Yeah, you may use dirty trick to revenge for what you had thought of being cheated, but they already have your personal information such as name, Id number, working venue,,,,,,,,,
The best way is to find out a solution peacefully. In reality, some one might be step aside doing non common way to solve their problem based on their misunderstanding and angry. I hope you understand what I mean!?
