若這是標題，這可不算是錯誤，在新聞的標題裏，往往省略冠詞、代名詞、be的各種形式，和介詞等等
但若是內文，則是錯誤，但也不必責怪，因為新聞往往出得急，所以有錯也見不鮮呀！
