Karen, I thought that was how my average was calculated but my calculator kept coming up with 25.666 for some reason :P

Your average is obviously that of a gade 4 student who has never learned addition and multiplication. Why would you possibly need assistance in something so simple?

finding the average is quite simple all you have to do is add all of the numbers and then divide by how many numbers there are so in this case it will be 88+82+90+90 divide by 4 which is 87.5 so your average is 87.5

Just add the numbers up and divide by the number of things to get the average so 88+82+90+90=350/4=87.5
