Christmas party

I need to hold a Christmas party for my company. Around 80 people includes kids and adults. Staff with their family members. Any suggestions? Magic, games or anything else?? Thanks!

Our company also invited our staffs' family members to join the Xmas party. We hired a party planner to hold the party and they lead the party from the begining to the end with full of fun. Game booth for the kids. Catering service with pop-corn and cotton candy makers. Also have a brilliant magic show and game. The magic show was amazing. The MC held the games very funny. The decoration was also great. They also provided bouncy castle and some play toys. My son couldn't stop playing in the bouncy castle. Really a great night.The party planner,
