不過我認為 Hannah 的回答如是正確的話，也應說說為甚麼要用 "joyful" 和 "exciting"，我認為這似乎會好些。

前四個回答只有Hannah的是正確的.
苗克阿肯用不定詞片語作為獨立副詞片語, 這是表目的, 亦即事情尚未發生, 不符原句語意.
前兩位的excited不可用於修飾事物, happy在此也不行.

It is so happy and excited to talk about you with a Chinese friend in Chinese .

It makes me so happy and excited to ...

It is so enjoyable and exciting to ...

It is so happy and excited to discuss things about you in Chinese with a Chinese friend.
