I am Chinese student, studying at George Mason University for the master degree of accounting. I already passed CFA level I test and plan to pass CPA exam before my graduation.
What I really want is to get an entry level postion in prominent bank, such as Citi group or non-profit organizations, such as UN, IMF.
How do you think my plan will work? How hard is it to get in there? And any alternative suggestion?
Need some advice for my career development.?

Obviously, make sure you get great grades. Also, participate in a variety of extracurriculars. Ideally, ones where you can play a leadership role, such as President of a student organization. Try to get good internships (ideally, one with Citi!) Do these things, and you should be able to get a job with Citi or something comparable.
