If we don't take in enough carbohydrates, what happens?? (Please explain your answers clearly)

-if you do not eat enough carbohydrates, protein will be broken down for fuel instead of the preferred role of building muscle tissue. In addition, your body may go into ketosis, a condition that puts stress on the kidneys.

-The glucose from carbohydrates is the primary energy source for your brain. If glucose sources are insufficient, the result may be dizziness, weakness and low blood sugar. Trying to exercise with low blood sugar will impair your performance and result in physical and mental exhaustion.

Carbohydrates are the first energy source for energy production in our body. The second source is lipid, and the third one is protein. If you don't take enough carbohydrates, our body will burn lipid for energy. However, consumption of lipid for energy will easily make people feel tired. If protein is used to produce energy, lactic acid will produce, which in turn will lead to muscle fatigue.
