補充：如果要說「我妹妹是國中三年級生，跟美國的9年級生是對等的。」
那就要在 "My younger sister is 3rd-grade student at the junior high school."
或 "My younger sister is the junior high school 3rd-grade student." 後
加上 "It is equivalent to 9th-grade student in the U.S.."
或 "It is equivalent to 9th grader in the U.S.."

（因臺灣是國小、國中、高中分別計算年級，而不像美國般從小學開始計算年級至中學畢業。所以，如果直接說她是9年級生（9th grader）似乎不大恰當）
