Eyes cannot focus then headache?

so the pass week this happened a few times,at first my eyes will loss focus like i cant pay attention to peoples face,and words on the broad,after a while when my eyes focus again,my head starts hurting and whenever i put my head down it feels weird,should i see a doctor??
