Besides, keeping a smiling face is important. To be a successful leader, I should make other feels importance and posing them to abide and respect my orders and leadership genuinely. On the ground of improving my human relationship, I chose this book for my reading. In my daily life, I realise we should not disdain the importance of having a decent relationship since we are not living in a world without any people.
