compliment這個字的用法和意思不單單是讚許讚賞...而是敬意或尊重...亦解作送贈...不過這句有點怪...

those這裏是指向前面的名詞ideas
即是公司的想法(理念/構思)跟她的想法(理念/構思) - 通常商對上的ideas一般是實質的生意構想或業務計劃而不單單是想法...

上面說怪是因為按這句意..意思應該是她的想法大部跟公司的想法____。
如果叫你填充，相信你一定會填「相同」「一致」「相約」「差不多」「很接近」「互相映照」「相輔相成」‧..
而「相輔相成」的英文詞是complement...
